For many people, computers are as natural as the air to breathe. But there are also those who have not yet been involved in the technology but are nevertheless interested in using a PC. The institute for new media in the course "Introduction to Windows 7" offers the possibility to get to know the computer. The course is mainly aimed at seniors who have little or no prior knowledge. Course leader Andre Barges explains in detail the basic functions and possibilities of the Windows 7 operating system and accompanies the participants in their first steps in the digital world. In addition to launching programs, searching for certain files and making settings, file and folder management, working with images and communicating on the Internet by e-mail are also thematic priorities. The content is kept dynamic. This means that questions can also be asked at any time in order to respond flexibly and calmly to the problems of the participants.
